In a Hidden Realm

Memories of a lady that once captured my heart.



In my dreams
I’m there waiting
In a hidden realm
I’m there hoping.

In a magical kingdom somewhere
I‘m there playing
With fond memories we‘d shared together
It’s my only way to keep the feeling.

In my reveries
I’m there longing
You’ve take a glimpse at me
And to see you smiling.

But though we part our ways
In a hidden realm
I’m there waiting for that day
For us to share our dreams.

    The aching and longing for someone you cannot have for real is really a painful emotion. Poetry is the best way to express these suppressed feelings.

    Ahh, breaking up. I'm praying and keeping faith that I will never experience anything like that anymore. I'm thankful my last breakup returned to me and we eventually got married. :)
