A man’s longing for a kiss from his girl.
photo: Malou
Just as the bee hovers
Before kissing a flower it adores;
And the stubborn tree kept in a trance
As the gentle wind gives a warm embrace.
Nothing in this world is single;
Nature obeys a divine law
Each one needs to mingle
But, why can’t I with you?
Behold! mountains kiss the heaven
And the waves grasp the crystal sands
Raindrops are always given
Even to a wondering plant.
And the sun’s rays reach out for the earth,
And the moonlight kisses the sea;
What is a kiss worth,
If you can’t spare one for me?
