I wonder if you will
Ever fully realize
How you’ve cast away all my ills
And made me wise.
I wonder if you would ever know
Just how truly exceptional you are
That your beauty forever glows
Indeed, you’re my brightest star.
I wonder if you will understand
How you’ve changed my heart.
My dreams and all that what I want
Truly, you’re there in great part.
You’ve let me feel, experience and dig
For something special that is hard to find
Selfless love that is rooted deep
In my body, soul, and mind.
I wonder if you could fully figure out
Each good thing I’ll forever be giving
And I believe you’ll never find out
That you’re the driving force that keeps me dreaming.
You are a wonderful lady
Without you, I will be a nobody
Having you a part of me
Completes and fulfills my being somebody.
Saying “I Love You”
May not express the deepness
Of my affections for you
That fills my heart with gladness.
Because loving you
Means more to me
Than anything this world could show
And it always will for the world to see.

ReplyDeleteI used to do such poems when I was younger, and I realise as we grow older, people fall out of love and hardened their heart against such romantic sweet words... It's nice to be reminded again!
